INDIANAPOLIS—Healthcare is critical to the lives of Hoosiers across the state, and how it’s managed is paramount for any business that wants to be successful. The fast-changing landscape of healthcare has made it more challenging for employers and their employees to stay on top of regulations, insurance options, and a bevy of other issues related to health and well-being.
That’s why the Indiana Chamber of Commerce is conducting the second annual Healthcare Transformation Summit. The Summit will be held June 11-12 at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Indianapolis and will feature a blue-chip lineup of panelists and speakers.

Holly Wood, senior director of health equity initiatives at the Center for Community Health Enhancement and Learning at Purdue University, will be the keynote speaker. Wood’s keynote, “Beyond the Clinic: How Social Determinants Are Reshaping Employer Health Strategy,” will examine how non-medical factors like housing, income, education, food access, and transportation shape employee health, healthcare costs, and benefit utilization.

“This two-day event comes at a critical time as employees and employers face a growing number of health and healthcare management issues,” emphasizes Indiana Chamber President and CEO Vanessa Green Sinders. “With the complexity and enormous impact of healthcare on all Hoosiers, not to mention the increasing speed at which changes are occurring in this field, this Summit is quickly becoming a don’t-miss event for all Indiana businesses – especially those in the healthcare industry.”
The panel and other discussion topics include innovation in rural healthcare delivery, managing chronic disease in the modern workforce, case studies in cost containment, GLP-1 utilization, technology (AI, data, and value-based care), community health and employer collaboration, the biosimilar boom, and mental health.
Early bird pricing for registration through May 16 is $199 for Indiana Chamber members and $249 for non-members. Registration after May 16 is $299 for Chamber members and $349 for non-members. Companies sending two or more attendees can receive a 20% discount at checkout using the promo code GROUP20.
