Taste of Bloomington returns to Kirkwood on August 2nd with affordable bites and live music

BLOOMINGTON—The Greater Bloomington Chamber of Commerce has announced the return of the popular “Taste of Bloomington” event. This year, the culinary celebration, presented by Master Rental, will take place on Saturday, August 2nd, from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Kirkwood Avenue (from Walnut Street to Indiana Avenue).

Mark your calendars, as admission to this delicious event is free, allowing everyone to come and sample the best of Bloomington’s vibrant food scene. Attendees can indulge in various offerings from local restaurants, food trucks, breweries, wineries, and distilleries, with a fantastic price point: all food items will be $5 or less. This makes it easy and affordable to try numerous delectable dishes and beverages.

The Taste of Bloomington will feature live music, adding to the festive atmosphere. Popular local bands Clayton Anderson and Dizgo will headline the event, and even more musical acts will be announced in the coming months.
