INDIANAPOLIS — The Indiana Chamber of Commerce is set to welcome human resources professionals across the state to Indianapolis – and celebrate a deserving honoree – at its upcoming 61st Annual Indiana HR Conference and Expo.
The three-day program, which will take place May 5-7 at the Indiana Convention Center in downtown Indianapolis, offers various in-depth workshops and sessions for the modern HR staffer. The full market expo will also showcase top industry services and products. Frost Brown Todd sponsors the event.

The morning keynote on May 6 will feature workforce thought leader Austin J. Franklin, CEO and co-founder of Good-Natured Life. His presentation will help attendees learn how to increase their influence and impact as HR professionals.
Heather Haas, CEO of ADVISA, will be the morning keynote speaker on May 7. Her presentation is titled “Is Your Culture Working for You or Against You?”
Also on the agenda are workshops and sessions on HR leadership, employment law, workplace inclusivity, employee well-being, engagement and retention, and much more.
Additionally, nominations are still being accepted for the 2025 Ogletree Deakins Human Resources Professional of the Year Award, which will be presented during a luncheon at the conference on May 7. All full-time HR practitioners in Indiana who have made significant contributions to their organizations through the past year are eligible for nomination; the deadline is March 7.
