BEDFORD – Congratulations, to Bedford Police Department Captain Morgan Lee, for being named the officer of the month for April.
According to Chief Terry Moore, “Captain Lee was able to disarm an individual with the intent to cause harm. Because of this, our officers and those involved returned home safely.”
