BEDFORD — The Bedford Planning Commission is scheduled to hold its regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. The session will take place at the Bedford Municipal Hall, located at 1617 K Street.

Preliminary hearing for a minor subdivision request by Parke East Development Corp. to divide portions of parcels 47-06-13-400-070.000-010 and 47-06-13-400-024.00-010 (zoned R-3) to create a new 4-plus-acre parcel, with Travis Norman speaking on the request.
Preliminary hearing for a minor subdivision request by Mindi Robinson at 330 Hawthorne Dr. to divide an R-1 zoned property into a .80-acre parcel retaining the existing home, alongside three additional parcels measuring approximately .74 acres, .70 acres, and 1.65 acres, with Travis Norman speaking on the request.
