Robert Nelson Wraley, 70, of Shoals, passed away on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at his residence.
Born July 16, 1956, in Washington, Indiana, he was the son of Charles Nelson and Shirley Ann (Abel) Wraley.
Robert graduated from Shoals High School with the Class of 1975.
He worked at U.S. Gypsum and was a Veteran of the United States National Guard.
Robert enjoyed working on lawn mowers, being outdoors, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his nieces and nephews.
Surviving to cherish his memory are his siblings, Renita Divine, of Evansville, Roger (Sandy) Wraley, of Shoals, and Ryan Wraley, of Mooresville; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral service will be at 1:00 P.M. on Monday, September 28, 2026, at the Queen-Lee Chapel of George Funeral Care in Shoals, with Pastor Matt Sullivan officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant Valley Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. until the hour of service on Monday, at the Queen-Lee Chapel in Shoals.
