MORGAN COUNTY – The Indiana Department of Transportation announces a right lane closure that will affect I-70 near Monrovia.
Beginning on or after Monday, August 31, INDOT contractors will close the right lane of I-70 in the westbound direction between Hazelwood Road and Lake Valley Road (56-54-mile marker). The purpose of this closure is to perform full-depth concrete patching in the area. Work is anticipated to last through the first week of September but is weather dependent and subject to change.
INDOT encourages drivers to use caution when traveling in and around work zones.
