Dale Eugene White, 85, of Bedford passed away on August 8, 2026.
Born August 28, 1940, in Monroe County, he was the son of Lloyd and Irena (Murphy) White. He married Dawn Harrington on July 7, 1997 and she survives.
Survivors include his wife, Dawn, of Bedford; his dog Nova; six children, Cheyenne White, of Bedford, Meagan White, of Bedford, Suzanne Burns (Steven), of Heltonville, Lindley White (Christina), of Heltonville, Regina Smith (Tracy), of Heltonville, and Dina Woods, of Heltonville; two brothers, Darrell White and Kenneth White, of Heltonville; one sister, Brenda (Gary) McDonald, of Heltonville; and five grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Letta Mae Purdy and Wilma White.
Visitation will be conducted on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Day and Carter Mortuary. Graveside services will be at 1:00 p.m., August 17, 2026 at Mitchell Cemetery in Monroe County.
