Cummins marks 10 years of LiveWell Center, highlighting impact of employee well-being on workforce health and performance

COLUMBUS — Cummins Inc. (NYSE: CMI) today marked the 10-year anniversary of its LiveWell Center, bringing together company leaders, state officials and health experts to reflect on a decade of investment in employee well-being and its connection to safety, engagement and business performance.

Held at the Cummins LiveWell Center in Columbus, the event featured remarks from Cummins leadership and Indiana state officials, along with a retrospective recognizing the team and programs that have supported employee health since the center’s opening in 2016.

Since its launch, the LiveWell Center has provided Cummins employees with access to integrated health and wellness services designed to support physical, mental and preventive care. Leaders at the event emphasized the role employer-sponsored wellness programs can play in strengthening workforce outcomes and supporting long-term business performance.

The program included a keynote address, a tribute video recognizing the LiveWell team and a guided tour of the facility showcasing integrated care spaces, including primary care, physical therapy and wellness services.
