SHOALS — East Fork Water, Inc. has officially lifted the precautionary boil order for local residents who recently experienced an interruption in their water service.
According to an immediate release issued by utility officials on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, the water is now safe for normal consumption. The lift applies specifically to customers residing on Sherfick School Road and its surrounding areas, including the Doe Run area.
