Bellush, Cromwell win City titles at Otis Park

BEDFORD – J.T. Bellush defended his championship during the Bedford Men’s Senior City golf tournament at Otis Park.

Bellush carded a final-round 72 on Sunday while taking the title with a 36-hole total of 142. Jeff Hein was the runner-up at 147, while Craig Reiner and Gary Eudaly finished seven shots back at 149.

In the Bedford Women’s City, Brooklynn Cromwell recorded her first victory, carding a final-round 74 for a 36-hole total of 157. She overtook defending champion Peggy Taylor, who finished at 165.

Brayden Ohl won the Junior City boys crown, posting a second-round 76 and two-day total of 149. He edged Bedford North Lawrence teammate Evan Tillett by two shots. Emma Voris won the Junior City girls title with a two-day total of 177.

The Bedford Men’s City Tournament will be conducted on July 11-12 and 18-19.
