Christine (Waskom) Quinn, 65, of Bedford, passed away on Sunday, May 10, 2026, at IU Health University Hospital in Indianapolis.
Born September 12, 1960, in Seymour, she was the daughter of Eithel Jr. and Carol (Pitman) Waskom.
Christine was a graduate of Mitchell High School, class of 1978.
She married Charles Quinn on April 14, 1984, and he survives.
Christine worked as a preschool teacher at various preschools in the Bedford area for many years, and most recently as the Head Quality Inspector at CAP Group.
She was a member of the Mt. Pleasant Christian Church.
Surviving to cherish her memory are her husband of 42 years, Charles; daughters, Melissa Quinn and Cassandra (Ronan) Quinn; mother, Carol Waskom; step-mother, Barbara Waskom; siblings, Gregory (Claudia) Waskom and Lois Kay (Bob) Jones; and several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father.
The funeral service will be at 2:30 p.m. on May 14, 2026, at the Limestone Chapel of George Funeral Care, 527 15th Street, in Bedford, with Pastor Jeff Hudelson officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Friends and family are welcome to a funeral dinner at Mt. Pleasant Christian Church following the burial. Visitation will be from 12:30 p.m. until the hour of service on May 14, 2026, at the Limestone Chapel.
Memorial contributions may be made to the White River Humane Society, Mt. Pleasant Christian Church, or Lawrence County Cancer Patient Services.
