Dawn E. Woods, 67, of Bedford, passed away on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at IU Health Hospital in Bedford.
Born May 4, 1958, in Bedford, she was the daughter of Donald and Mary Bridges. Dawn married Michael Woods on September 23, 1994, and he preceded her in death. She worked as a real estate broker at Bruce Storm Real Estate.
She is survived by her children, Kristen Kern and Robert of Palm Bay, Florida, Joshua Woods of Bedford, and Kelly Nikirk of Bedford; three grandchildren, Ashley Mosqueda, Baleigh Traylor, and Clayton Traylor; two great-grandchildren, Ezra and Charlotte Traylor; her mother, Mary Bridges of Mitchell; Karen Veen of Mitchell, and Melanie Bridges of Oolitic. She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael, and her father.
