BEDFORD — The 2026 Women’s Expo will offer more than shopping and entertainment this year. Organizers say the event will also connect area residents with resources designed to support seniors and their families.
The free community event will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, March 14, at the Boys & Girls Club of Lawrence County in Bedford, and is hosted by Southern Indiana’s Classic Hits 105.5 WQRK, 102.5 LiteFM, and 1340 WBIW.
While the expo is known for boutique shopping, handmade goods, and local services, this year’s event will also feature vendors specializing in senior care and support services. These exhibitors will provide information for families exploring options for aging loved ones, including both in-home care and assisted living communities.
Representatives from assisted living facilities and senior service providers will be on hand to answer questions about daily care, long-term living arrangements, and resources designed to help seniors maintain safety and independence. For many families, the expo offers an opportunity to gather information in one convenient location and speak directly with professionals about care planning.
In addition to senior resources, visitors can expect a wide variety of other exhibitors throughout the venue. The marketplace-style event will feature local businesses offering health and home services, handmade items, boutique products, food, beverages, and specialty goods.
