BEDFORD – Women looking for health resources, wellness information, and self-care services will find a variety of options at the 2026 Women’s Expo coming to Bedford later this month.
The free event will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 14, at the Boys & Girls Club of Lawrence County and is hosted by Southern Indiana’s Classic Hits 105.5 WQRK, 102.5 Lite FM, and 1340 WBIW. The expo has become a popular annual gathering that brings together women from across the region for a day of shopping, entertainment, and helpful services tailored to women’s interests.
Expo organizers say attendees can expect opportunities to connect with health professionals offering assessments and wellness information. Vendors may also provide guidance on preventive care, natural remedies, nutrition, fitness, and other resources aimed at supporting women’s physical and mental health.
Admission to the event is free, and organizers encourage attendees to gather their friends for an afternoon focused on fun, relaxation, and learning more about the services available to help women live healthier lives.
