The formal event serves as a primary fundraiser for the organization, which focuses on supporting local charity, culture, and education initiatives.

Organizers have released pricing for the upcoming event, offering both group and individual options:
- Full Tables: $480 (seats eight guests)
- Individual Seats: $65 per person
