BEDFORD – Lawrence County Independent Schools is now accepting CCDF vouchers at its Little Phoenix Learning Center, expanding access to early childhood education for families across the community.
Little Phoenix Learning Center serves children ages 30 months to 5 years old and operates Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The program is designed around a play-based learning approach, emphasizing discovery learning, dramatic play, and the development of strong early alphabetic and numeric foundations in a safe, nurturing environment.
Students engage daily in hands-on activities that include art and crafts, music and movement, and exploratory learning, all aimed at supporting social, emotional, and academic growth during these critical early years.
School officials said the acceptance of CCDF vouchers helps make high-quality early learning more accessible to families while maintaining a warm, engaging setting tailored specifically to young learners.
