Boys & Girls Club of Lawrence County hiring Youth Development Professionals

BEDFORD – The Boys and Girls Club of Lawrence County is now hiring Youth Development Professionals (YDPs) to support its after-school programs at locations throughout Lawrence County.

The part-time positions are ideal for individuals who want to make a meaningful impact while working directly with local youth. YDPs typically work Monday through Friday from 2:30 to 6 p.m., averaging about 15 hours per week. Pay ranges from $15 to $18 per hour, depending on experience.

Youth Development Professionals play a hands-on role in creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment for children. YDPs also collaborate with staff, volunteers, and families to help students grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

In addition to competitive pay, the Club offers a flexible schedule, professional development opportunities, and a fun, team-oriented work environment. Most importantly, the role provides the chance to make a lasting difference in the lives of young people across the community.
