Martin County Alliance to host workshop on purpose-driven hiring

LOOGOOTEE – The Martin County Alliance for Economic Growth is bringing a new professional development opportunity to Loogootee next month with a half-day workshop designed to help employers strengthen their hiring and team-building practices.

The event, titled “Hiring for Purpose, Build for Growth,” will focus on how purpose-driven hiring, clear core values, and intentional employee development can lead to stronger, more successful teams.

The workshop will be held on Monday, December 1, from 8:30 a.m. to noon at the Bowling Manufacturing Building in Loogootee. The cost is $40 per participant.

Brent Rasche, a certified business and executive coach with Focal Point, will lead the session.
