BLOOMINGTON — Shoppers looking to skip the big box stores and support local creativity this holiday season are invited to the 22nd annual Holiday Market on Small Business Saturday, November 29th.
The festive event offers a one-stop shop for unique, locally grown, and handcrafted gifts, alongside entertainment and seasonal cheer for the whole family.

The market will take place on Saturday, November 29, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Showers Common, located at City Hall, 401 North Morton Street, in Bloomington.
Attendees can browse a wide array of goods from local and regional growers and artisans, including:
- Farm Products: Seasonal, locally grown foods and specialty items.
- Artisan Crafts: Handmade arts, unique crafts, and fine gifts.
- Prepared Foods: Artisan foods and beverages made by local small businesses.
This market presents a fantastic opportunity to directly support local entrepreneurs and discover unique gifts that can’t be found anywhere else.
Even if your gift list is complete, the Holiday Market offers plenty of reasons to stop by. The event features a lively atmosphere complete with hot cocoa, crafts, and games.
A significant highlight for families is the chance to write a letter to Santa. Rumor has it that Mr. and Mrs. Claus will be making a special appearance on-site, offering a perfect opportunity for a holiday photo.
