UNIONVILLE — The Indiana Forest Alliance (IFA) has announced its 2025 Annual Member Meeting will take place this Saturday, October 18th, at the Old Possum Trot Winery in Unionville.
Members and interested parties are invited to attend the meeting, which will be followed by a hike to the nearby Morgan-Monroe Back Country area.
The event will be held at Old Possum Trot Winery, located at 8067 Possum Trot Road, Unionville, IN.
- Registration and Check-in: 10:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
- Annual Meeting Begins: 11:00 a.m.
- Post-Meeting Activity: A hike to the Morgan-Monroe Back Country area will immediately follow the conclusion of the meeting. Attendees planning to hike are advised to wear or bring appropriate hiking shoes.
Attendees are reminded to bring their own chair, water bottle, and lunch or snack. The IFA will provide refreshments for the meeting.
Membership and Book Sales
Only current IFA members are eligible to vote during the Annual Member Meeting. Individuals who need to check or renew their membership status can contact Melody Dunn.
Membership updates or new sign-ups can also be completed at the event during check-in using cash or card, or online beforehand by selecting either the individual or family membership option on the IFA website.
The IFA will also be selling copies of its book, Ecoblitz: An Indiana Forest Expedition, for $25.00 (cash or credit card accepted).
