BROWNSTOWN — The Jackson County Chamber is preparing to honor the county’s dedicated first responders with an appreciation breakfast next week. The event aims to provide the community with an opportunity to express gratitude for the commitment shown by local agencies.

The breakfast is set for Friday, October 24, starting at 8:00 a.m. at Pewter Hall in Brownstown.
Members of all Jackson County first responder agencies are invited to attend, including law enforcement, firefighters, medics, and corrections officers.
In addition to the recognition breakfast, the Jackson Chamber Foundation will award grants of up to $500 to agencies to support life-saving services within the community.
Chamber President Dan Robison highlighted the importance of the event, noting that it allows residents to give back and show their respect and appreciation for the folks who serve our community with outstanding commitment.
The Chamber is still actively seeking support for the event. Businesses, organizations, and individuals interested in becoming a sponsor or supporting the Chamber Foundation can find more information by emailing info@jacksoncochamber.com.
