Bloomington’s Farmers’ Market embraces the flavors of fall with live music

BLOOMINGTON – The Bloomington Farmers’ Market is celebrating the arrival of autumn, with tables now filled with the seasonal bounty of the fall season. Shoppers can find a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, including crisp apples, juicy pears, colorful pumpkins, peaches, and even eggplant and corn.

The market, held on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Showers Commons, located at 401 North Morton Street, encourages visitors to take home these seasonal treasures to bake into pies, crisps, or cakes, embracing the flavors of the harvest season.

Mushrooms bring unique flavors, hearty textures, and plenty of nutrition to the table. From everyday buttons to more exotic varieties, they can turn an ordinary dish into something extraordinary.
