BEDFORD – An ultralight aircraft crash on Saturday afternoon left the pilot injured and is currently under investigation by the Indiana State Police (ISP).
According to ISP Sgt. Kevin Getz, the incident occurred at approximately 4:02 p.m. on September 13 in the 300 block of Sunny Acres Lane. The pilot, whose identity has not yet been released, sustained injuries in the crash. No further details about their condition have been provided.
The ISP is still actively investigating the cause of the crash. Authorities have not released any information regarding potential factors that may have contributed to the incident.
