BLOOMINGTON— The Bloomington City Farmers’ Market (BCFM) announced a special event for this Saturday, September 13. The market will feature live music and “A Fair of the Arts,” a celebration of local and regional artists.

Musician Tom “Guitar Tom” Harlan will return to perform, with sets scheduled for 9:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Harlan is a singer-songwriter whose genres include old-time, country, bluegrass, blues, and rock.

This Saturday’s market will also feature “A Fair of the Arts” at Fernandez Plaza, located in front of City Hall. The event, hosted by Bloomington Parks and Recreation, will include sales, demonstrations, and displays of fine art and handmade crafts. This signature event is held on the second Saturday of each month from May through October.
