BLOOMINGTON — A new series of “forest bathing” sessions is being offered to the community, providing a unique opportunity to enhance well-being through mindfulness, meditation, and movement in the natural environment. The program, led by a certified professional, consists of three sessions at different outdoor locations.

Each session is approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes long and will run from 6:15 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The cost for all three sessions is $60.
Session Details
- Session 1: September 15 at Lower Cascades Park. Participants will meet at the Waterfall Shelter and walk about 930 feet on an uneven, natural-surface path to the waterfall. Seating will be available on benches or on the ground.
- Session 2: September 17 at Rose Hill Cemetery. The walk will take place on hilly but paved paths. Participants are advised to bring a yoga mat or blanket for sitting on the ground.
