WASHINGTON — Daviess County CEO, Inc. has announced the launch of a new Entrepreneurial Grant Program to provide financial support to its alumni. The program aims to offer seed funding for alumni to start, expand, or purchase equipment for their businesses.
A total of $4,643 is available in this funding cycle, which the Bill Turner Daviess County CEO Endowment Fund at Our Community Foundation supports. This endowment was established through the generosity of Nathan and Beth Gabhart, and the grants are intended to help alumni scale their ventures and test new business concepts with less financial risk.
To be eligible for the grant, applicants must be Daviess County residents and own a business located within the county. The deadline to apply is Friday, November 21. Applications can be picked up at the DCEDC office or requested by emailing Bill Turner at wturner94@yahoo.com.
