BROWNSTOWN – Bedford North Lawrence suffered two losses in the Brownstown Invitational during girls high school volleyball action on Saturday.
The Stars (4-4) dropped a 25-22, 25-10 decision to Jasper (7-2), suffered a 25-15, 25-9 loss to Brownstown (4-1), then fell to Columbus North (6-4) by a 25-21, 25-13 count.
“It was tough competition,” BNL coach Aaron Wagoner said. “We tend to play well in the first set and take our foot off the gas in the second. We really weren’t able to put together a full game all day.”
BNL will visit Scottsburg on Tuesday.
