BLOOMINGTON— The Monroe County Democrats are inviting the community to a Labor Day potluck on Monday, September 1. The event will be held at the Banneker Community Center from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.
The event organizers will provide ribs and wings, and guests are encouraged to bring labeled sides, desserts, and/or drinks to share.
Street parking will be available, and attendees can also use nearby parking lots at Girls Inc. and on 9th Street between John and Elm Streets.
