Linda Mae Pemberton, 70, of Bedford, passed away Wednesday, August 6, 2025, at her residence. Linda was born on September 1, 1954, in Lawrence County to Fred and Norma (McBrayer) Pemberton.
Linda was a graduate of Mitchell High School and of the Christian faith. She collected and loved angels, and spending time with her family.
Surviving to cherish Linda’s memory are six children, Vicki (Ron) Patterson, Karen (Neil) Warfield, Shannon Walls, Katherine Walls, Wesley Walls, and Lesley Walls; 12 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; three brothers, Roger Pemberton, Randy Pemberton, and Robert Pemberton; two sisters, Connie Terrell and Betty Sykes; and several nieces and nephews. Preceding Linda in death were her parents, Fred and Norma Pemberton; one sister, Peggy Pemberton, and one grandson, Cody Moore.
Cremation was chosen, and there will be no services at this time.
