BEDFORD – Clearview Church is extending an invitation to the entire Lawrence County community for a special back-to-school prayer service.
The event will be held on the courthouse lawn on Wednesday, August 6th, from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

The service aims to unite the community in prayer for students and teachers as they prepare for the upcoming academic year. The evening will feature special music and speakers from various organizations, including Good News Club/Child Evangelism Fellowship, Moms in Prayer International, and the Indiana Association of Home Education, as well as a sermon.
Clearview Baptist Church Pastor Rob Lanham emphasized the significance of starting the school year with prayer, noting that “a back-to-school prayer for children and teachers can be a beautiful way to begin with a sense of purpose and gratitude.”
“Everyone and anyone in the community is welcome to participate in this meaningful event,” said Clearview Pastor Lanham.
Prayer will focus on blessings for students’ learning, the dedication of teachers, and the well-being of the entire school community.
The church encourages all members of the community to attend and participate in this collective moment of prayer and support for the local educational community.
Those interested in participating can contact Pastor Lanham at 812-272-4196 or email clearview972@gmail.com.
