A Disaster Loan Outreach Center is open in Daviess County 

DAVIESS CO. – A Disaster Loan Outreach Center is open in Daviess County. 

According to the Indiana Department of Homeland Security, businesses and residents may qualify for low-interest disaster loans from the U.S. Small Business Administration.  This includes residents and businesses in Daviess, Dubois, Knox, and Pike County. 

The opening of the Outreach Center comes following damage incurred from severe storms and flooding in Indiana.

Officials say starting today, July 23rd, the SBA will operate a Disaster Loan Outreach Center to help residents file claims and answer questions. 

The center is only open to those impacted by the storms from June 28th through July 2nd. 

The Outreach Center is located at Odon Community Center at 311 Park Street. 

Hours are below: 

  • Wednesday, July 23rd: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. ET
  • Thursday, July 24th – Thursday, July 31st: Monday-Friday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. ET
    Saturdays: 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. ET and Sundays: Closed 

Officials say residents and businesses in the impacted counties will have until September 16, 2025, to return applications for physical property damage.  Those seeking Economic Injury Loans will have until April 20, 2026, to apply.
