BEDFORD – The Lincoln Elementary School PTO is excited to announce the start of planning for its annual Lincoln Vendor Fair, set to bring festive fun and community spirit to Bedford. The event will take place on Saturday, November 22, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at Lincoln Elementary School in Bedford.

This highly anticipated event promises a vibrant atmosphere with over 40 local vendors, offering a diverse array of goods perfect for early holiday shopping or unique finds. Families can look forward to a lively day featuring a silent auction, a raffle, popular local food trucks, and engaging activities specifically for kids. A special highlight for the little ones will be a visit from Santa Claus, providing a magical opportunity for pictures.
The Lincoln Vendor Fair is one of the PTO’s largest fundraisers of the year, with all proceeds directly supporting efforts to enrich educational opportunities for all students at Lincoln Elementary. To make this year’s event an even greater success, the PTO is actively seeking donations for its Silent Auction and Raffle prizes.
Contributions of any size are welcome and greatly appreciated. Examples of desired donations include gift certificates or cards, tickets to events or attractions, services, handmade goods, jewelry, home items, or monetary donations. The Lincoln Elementary PTO is a registered organization, and donors can utilize their tax ID (0116957310) and EIN (47-1167106) for tax purposes.
“Your kindness and generosity go a long way in helping us build a stronger school community,” said a spokesperson for the Lincoln Elementary PTO. “Every donation, big or small, directly impacts our students and helps us provide valuable resources and experiences.”
