BEDFORD—On Tuesday, Residents of 1019 Belle’s Place celebrated the unveiling of new raised garden planters with a special ribbon-cutting ceremony aimed at promoting accessibility, connection, and joy through gardening.

The new planters were thoughtfully constructed to ensure that individuals of all abilities can comfortably participate in gardening activities. The initiative is part of Belle’s Place’s ongoing commitment to creating inclusive and enriching experiences for its residents.
The project was made possible through a generous donation from Lowe’s Home Improvement, which supplied all the materials and plants needed for the installation.
“Thanks to Lowe’s, our residents aren’t just growing flowers — they’re growing joy, purpose, and connection,” organizers said in a statement.
The ribbon-cutting drew smiles and gratitude from residents, staff, and community members, who gathered to celebrate the beginning of a new season of growth, both literal and emotional.
