SULLIVAN CO. – In a show of community solidarity, the Sullivan County Republican Party held a fundraiser this morning to support those recently impacted by the tornado in Greene County.
The event, held at Acorn Ridge, drew a significant turnout from individuals eager to contribute to the recovery efforts. Jamie Mason, Chairman of the Sullivan County GOP, stated that all proceeds from the fundraiser will be donated directly to the tornado victims in Linton.
“You know when we had the tornado here, Linton sent the boys over, from the football team, and all the Linton residents came over and helped, and we’re glad to be able to give back,” Mason remarked, highlighting the reciprocal nature of community
