MARTIN CO. – The Martin County Alliance for Economic Growth is conducting an anonymous survey to understand the childcare needs of employees at NSA Crane and WestGate.
The initiative aims to assess the impact of childcare on the workforce and explore potential solutions that can better support working parents in the region.
The survey is designed to take only 5-10 minutes to complete, and participation is entirely voluntary.
Employees are encouraged to provide their feedback, which will directly inform the Alliance’s efforts to address childcare challenges. The deadline for completing the survey is June 13, 2025.
