Give blood, save lives, support disaster relief: Bedford Rotary hosting Red Cross Blood Drive

BEDFORDThe Bedford Rotary Club is partnering with the American Red Cross to host a blood drive on Tuesday, June 10th, from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Central Church of Christ Education Center, Community Room, 1321 12th Street in Bedford.

Donating blood is a powerful way to make a difference, as each donation can save up to three lives. Beyond the immediate impact on needy patients, blood donations also play a vital role in supporting the American Red Cross disaster relief efforts nationwide. From hurricanes to house fires, the blood supply ensures the Red Cross can respond effectively whenever and wherever help is needed most.

As a thank you for this heroic act, all donors who give blood between June 1st and June 30th will receive a $15 e-gift card by email. This is a small token of appreciation for a truly life-saving contribution.

The Red Cross encourages individuals to book their appointments today to help ensure a stable blood supply. You can schedule your donation by calling 1-800-RED CROSS (1-800-733-2767) or visiting RedCrossBlood.org and entering the code ROTARYBEDFORD. You can also scan the QR codes provided to be directed to Rapid Pass or schedule an online appointment.

The Bedford Rotary Club and the American Red Cross urge the community to step up and be the lifeline someone is waiting for. Your blood donation can make a significant difference in the lives of others and support critical disaster response efforts.
