Homes for Heroes is seeking nominations for the following awards:
- Landlord Legacy Award: This award recognizes a landlord who has demonstrated a long-term and consistent commitment to housing veterans over many years. It honors those who have been reliable partners and played a significant role in providing housing solutions for veterans across various programs and agencies.
- Golden Key Award: This award celebrates a landlord or property manager who has gone above and beyond to help veterans overcome significant obstacles in securing long-term housing. It highlights individuals with exceptional problem-solving skills, flexibility, and innovation who made a crucial difference by offering housing when it was most needed.
- Tenant Choice Award: This special award is chosen directly by veteran tenants. It honors a landlord who has created a respectful, safe, and welcoming home environment and demonstrated support for veterans that extends beyond simply providing housing.
