HYMERA – A Jasonville man was arrested early Wednesday morning by Sullivan County Sheriff’s Department deputies following a report of a domestic dispute.
According to the sheriff’s office, the victim ran approximately two miles after leaving the residence before finding help and calling 911 from another person’s home.
Following the victim’s account, a search warrant was executed at a residence in Hymera. As a result of the investigation, 31-year-old Bryce Emory of Jasonville was detained.
Emory faces preliminary charges of domestic battery with a deadly weapon, confinement, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
