BLOOMINGTON- On Thursday, May 8, 2025, at 10:26 AM, the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office served a warrant for Billy Jo Weaver, age 48 of Bloomington, IN. Mr. Weaver was wanted for the April 30, 2025, incident involving 3 other juveniles driving around town, pointing a deadly weapon at innocent bystanders.
Mr. Weaver’s warrant was for:
- 4 counts of Intimidation, where the defendant draws or uses a deadly weapon (Level 5 Felony)
- 1 count of Neglect of a dependent (Level 6 Felony)
