ORLEANS—Tickets are now available for the highly anticipated 2025 Orleans Alumni Banquet, held on Saturday, June 7th, at the Orleans High School Practice Gym.
Dinner tickets are $25 and must be purchased in advance from Beacon (formerly Mid-Southern Savings), the Orleans Town Office, and the Orleans Library.
The deadline to purchase tickets is Friday, May 30th. Organizers emphasize that no tickets will be sold or available at the door, so alumni and friends are encouraged to secure their tickets early.
Graduating seniors from Orleans High School will receive complimentary tickets to the banquet; however, a dinner ticket must be purchased if a senior wishes to bring a guest. Seniors planning to attend should sign up with Mr. Day in the O.H.S. Principal’s Office.
This year’s banquet will honor all graduating classes ending in the number 5, though all Orleans alumni and their guests are welcome to attend. A special celebration will be held for the Orleans High School Class of 1975, which will be commemorating its Golden Anniversary.
Doors for the banquet will open at 4:00 p.m., with dinner at 6:30 p.m. Members of the Honor Classes are requested to arrive a bit earlier to have their class photographs taken.
Mike Magill, the 2025 Orleans Alumni Association President, reminds attendees, especially those in the honor classes, that the association annually awards scholarships to deserving students during the banquet. Donations and memorials of any amount to support this endeavor are greatly appreciated.
Class Representatives for each Honor Class are urged to contact their fellow classmates to share details about the banquet and any other reunion activities planned for that weekend. Representatives are also reminded to submit their class composites and any updated information to The Orleans Progress-Examiner as soon as possible so that class pictures can be featured in the newspaper before the banquet.
