Meredith Ann Rhoads, 77 of Bedford, passed away on Thursday, April 10, 2025, at her residence. She was born in Ephrata, Pennsylvania, on December 29, 1947, to William and Ruth (Burkhart) Rhoads. Meredith was a schoolteacher, teaching Spanish at several schools, including Loogootee High School and in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Meredith was an avid reader, and she loved her garden, traveling, and her pets, Harley and Tornado.
Survivors include her daughters, Merrill Lubas of Indianapolis and Cara Rhoads of Bedford; one sister, Candace Lipscomb of Virginia
Meredith was preceded in death by her parents.
