ORLEANS – Spectators attending the 55th Annual Orleans Dogwood Festival Parade on Saturday, April 26th, are in for a treat with special appearances by the renowned Circle City Sidewalk Stompers Clown Band of Indianapolis and the award-winning “Indiana State Festival Association 1” vehicle.

The Circle City Sidewalk Stompers, a beloved fixture at events across the state, will once again bring their musical merriment to the Orleans parade.
