Roger Richards, 76, of Bedford, more commonly known as Duane, passed away Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. at his residence. He was born August 16, 1948, in Bedford, the son of Roger Richards and Viriginia (Mitchell) Richards.
Duane enjoyed fishing and playing video games, as well as sports.
Surviving to cherish the memory of Duane are his two daughters, Cheryl Rousey and Karen Babbs; two sisters, Paula Fleetwood and Ruth Cauldwell; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding Duane in death are his parents, Roger Richards and Virginia (Mitchell) Richards, and one son, Roger.
Cremation Rites have been accorded and there are no services scheduled at this time. The care and arrangements for Duane have been entrusted to the Ferguson-Lee Chapel of Thorne-George Family Funeral Homes in Bedford.
