Cummins names Nicole Lamb-Hale as Chief Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary

COLUMBUS – Cummins Inc., the Columbus-based engine manufacturer, has announced that Nicole Y. Lamb-Hale will be Chief Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary, effective May 31. She will succeed Sharon Barner, who is retiring.

Lamb-Hale, who joined Cummins in 2021 as Vice President and Chief Legal Officer, brings a wealth of experience to her new position. Before joining Cummins, she held executive leadership roles at Kroll, LLC, a global risk advisory firm, and Albright Stonebridge Group, a global strategic advisory and commercial diplomacy firm. She also served as Assistant Secretary for Manufacturing and Services in the U.S. Department of Commerce’s International Trade Administration under President Obama.

In her new role, Lamb-Hale will oversee a wide range of critical functions, including risk management, ethics and compliance, product compliance and regulatory affairs, government relations, communications, and corporate responsibility.

Lamb-Hale’s appointment underscores Cummins’s commitment to strong corporate governance and strategic leadership. Her diverse background in law, international trade, and risk management will be invaluable as she guides the company through an evolving global landscape.
