Orange County to host first-ever Community Mural Event

PAOLI— Residents of Orange County will have the chance to leave their mark on the community this Saturday during the county’s first-ever Community Mural event. The event, which is free and open to all ages, will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Lost River Co-op & Café in Paoli.

Participants are invited to paint their own 4-inch-by-4-inch tile, contributing to the creation of the Orange County Community Mosaic Mural. Organizers aim to gather 650 tiles to complete the mural, which will serve as a vibrant reflection of the county’s creativity and unity.

No experience or supplies are required; just bring your creativity.

Artists of all ages are encouraged to take part. Previous participants have ranged from 2 years old to over 80. Attendees can paint as many tiles as they like. Once finished, each tile will be photographed for the mural, and participants will be able to take their original tile home as a keepsake.

The event is designed to foster creativity and community spirit. Organizers hope the mural will serve as a lasting symbol of Orange County’s collective identity and artistic talent.

The Lost River Co-op & Café is located in the heart of Paoli. Attendees are welcome to drop in any time during the event hours.
