MITCHELl – Motorists traveling on Stumphole Bridge Road are advised of a temporary road closure scheduled for Tuesday, March 12th.
Lawrence County Highway Department crews will replace a pipe between Twin Ponds and Blue Springs Roads.
The closure will be in effect from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., when that section of Stumphole Bridge Road will be completely inaccessible to vehicle traffic.
Drivers are urged to plan alternate routes during the scheduled work hours. Residents in the immediate area should expect potential delays or detours.
The pipe replacement is necessary for infrastructure maintenance and to ensure the continued safety and functionality of the roadway.
