Cummins announces leadership changes

COLUMBUS – Cummins Inc., a global power solutions provider, has announced key changes to its leadership team. Effective March 15th, Bonnie Fetch will assume the role of executive vice president and president of operations, while Shon Wright will become vice president and president of the distribution business.

Bonnie Fetch

Fetch, who has been with Cummins since 2018, is currently vice president and distribution business president. With over 20 years of experience at Caterpillar before joining Cummins, Fetch brings extensive industry knowledge to her new position. In her new role, she will oversee Cummins’ new and recon parts business and global operating functions, encompassing supply chain, IT, Cummins services, advanced analytics, and quality. Fetch is a graduate of the University of St. Francis.

Shon Wright

Wright, a 22-year Cummins veteran, is vice president of Cummins components and software. He will now lead the distribution business, focusing on delivering sales and service support for Cummins’ global markets, investing in employee development, and advancing operational performance. Wright is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and Harvard Business School.
