MONTGOMERY – Aspiring real estate developers can gain valuable insights into neighborhood-based development at an upcoming Small-Scale Development Workshop.
The Incremental Development Alliance will host the workshop on February 20 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Gasthof Amish Village in Montgomery.
The workshop will focus on the crucial initial stages of development, including project formation. Attendees will learn how to analyze the viability of potential projects and gain a deeper understanding of building profitability.
The goal is to equip participants with the knowledge and tools to launch their small-scale development projects successfully.
Registration for the workshop is now open and can be completed online at incrementaldevelopment.org/events/sidcworkshop. The Incremental Development Alliance also offers scholarships to those who qualify. Interested individuals are encouraged to register as soon as space is limited.
