existing lot into two separate parcels. Tabled from January 14, 2025. It needs to be
tabled again. - Public hearing for Derek Stutz, who is requesting a rezone of the 2017 29th Street. Which
includes Lots 10, 11, and part of 12. Derek is requesting this rezone to develop four duplexes
named Sunrise Suites. - Public hearing for Derek Stutz, who is requesting a rezone of 2030 28th Street. Derek is
requesting this rezone to develop two duplexes, which will be named Sunrise Suites. - Public hearing for Derek Stutz, who is requesting a rezone of Parcel # 47-06-22-441-
066.000-010. Derek is requesting this rezone to develop three duplexes, which will be named
Sunrise Suites.
